Nieros Metal specializes in manufacturing of stainless steel for industry. Product range consists of six main groups: milk coolers, hygienical techniques for personal hygiene and common hygiene (basins, disinfectors, washrooms), stainless steel doors (workshop door, refrigerator doors, freezer doors), draining (floor canals, lattice, etc) plain equipment for meat processing (trolleys, worktables) customized products. All of the above are semiproducts or component parts for pharmaceutical, chemical, paper and textile industry machine manufacturers. The main customers of Nieros products are food processing companies. Strict European hygienical standards are applied in this industry, thus Nieros Metal is currently focused on hygienical techniques development, especially preparing complete hygienacal blocks. Countries candidates for entering EU proved to be the most perspective markets for this kind of products. Nieros Metal exports 85% of its production, mostly to Germany and Austria. During last years the company extensive investment was the purchase of laser machine for metal cutting and this year the company plans to purchase CNC angle press for metal bending, while in the next few years the company plans to invest mostly in additional automation of welding.
